Emergency Action Plan:
Keystone creates and implements customized emergency action plan for each community we manage. These plans will include protocols to address various man-made and natural hazards, including storm preparation and recovery.
Our managers are assigned smart phones and are on-call 24/7. They are notified instantly by our After-hours Support Call Center if a call from a resident is received. In the case of a property emergency, a Keystone representative will be onsite immediately to address any serious property concerns.
